Recruiting Pricing

We believe that hiring quickly and correctly is not only monetarily valuable, but it adds stability to an organization.

We work when you need us, no retainer fees.

We charge 10% (normal is 20%) of the annual salary for the position you are hiring for. 20% is paid once the recruit starts their first day and 80% on day 90.

For example, if you are hiring a Tier 2 Helpdesk position and sign our recruit for $60,000 per year then on their first day, we receive $1,200 and once the new hire has stayed 90 days, we receive the other $4,800.

That's it! We handled the job posting, the combing through resumes, the initial interviews, the scheduling for 2nd round interviews, the first-day coordination, and handoff to onboarding.

Onboarding Pricing

Getting a new hire up and running quickly and efficiently is a top priority for all companies. Our tailor-made onboarding process ensures that your newest hire hits the ground running. We have found that a more structured onboarding experience can go a long way in employee consistency.

As part of our onboarding package, we work with you to design your own onboarding process. Once that is in place we work with your team and new hires to make sure they complete all onboarding material before being thrown into their day-to-day work.

Onboarding services start from $1,500. Pricing depends on the complexity and length of your onboarding needs.
